A Toyota pickup sits where it collided with a Union Pacific train on Thursday, Aug. 16, west of Lyman, Neb., on County Road 62 in Goshen County. Interim Sheriff Jeremy Wardell did not release the names of the driver or a passenger, who refused medical treatment for what were described as minor injuries.
