Notice is hereby given for the City of Torrington, as provided under Wyoming State Statute Section, 15-1-407, Annexation Regulations for the State of Wyoming.
Applicant is submitting a Notice for an informational meeting with the City Planning Commission and any public member that wishes to attend.
This will be an open discussion and information on the proposed annexation of the City of Torrington Solid Waste Station & the City of Torrington Sewer Lift Station and Lagoons. The City of Torrington wishes to annex into City Limits the entire 208.51 Acre Parcel.
Legal Description: SW1/4 of Section 14, S1/2NE1/4 of Section 15, & NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 23, all in T24N, R61W, of the 6th PM Goshen County Wyoming.
Property Address: (Current) 1000 East 11th Avenue.
The PLANNING COMMISSION will discuss this matter on Tuesday 10/8/2024, @ 6:00 P.M., local time. The Commission meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Torrington City Hall, Torrington, Wyoming.
A hearing of the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will be held on Tuesday 10/15/2024 @ 7:00 P.M., local time. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Torrington City Hall Torrington, Wyoming. For any questions please contact;
