DOUGLAS – The Wyoming State Fair Board will meet Tuesday, July 16, 2019, in Douglas, Wyo. The meeting will take place on the Wyoming State Fairgrounds in the Ag Hall Conference Room at 10 a.m.
During the meeting, the board will hear subcommittee reports from the State Fair Operations, Finance/Budget, Personnel and Rules, Facility, Marketing/Promotion/Planning Events, and Endowment subcommittees. Along with this, they will hear a report from the Wyoming State Fair Interim Manager on contracts for services, marketing, capital construction, sponsorship, and buildings & grounds. Finally, they will address any other business as needed and there will be an opportunity for public comment at the end of the meeting. There will also be an executive session during the meeting.
Times are tentative and subject to change without notice. If the Board finishes one topic they will proceed to the next topic.
