TORRINGTON – Students at Trail Elementary will host a Patriotic Assembly beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the school parking lot in Torrington.
Local Boy Scouts will perform a flag raising, followed by adult and student guest speakers, talking on patriotism, citizenship and civic responsibility in both the school and
community.
Trail students will perform a music program, featuring The Star Spangled Banner, Yankee Doodle and You’re a Grand Old Flag.
The community is invited to attend.
