TORRINGTON – Update to the Homicide, Arson, and Vehicle theft investigation from Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
The Goshen County Coroner has identified the homicide victim in this investigation as Madison Shana Cook, a 20-year-old female from Torrington. The manner of Madison’s death has been ruled to be a homicide.
The Torrington Police Department’s investigation into Madison’s death is active and ongoing.
