TORRINGTON – Torrington Mayor Randy Adams announced an increase in the Cottonwood at Torrington golf course fees at the Dec. 1 city council meeting. Adams said the fee increases were consistent with previous year increases.
“The costs are continuing to go up and things aren’t getting cheaper,” Adams said. “The cost of equipment at the golf course has gone up, employee wages have gone up and everything is costing more money.”
