RAWLINS – The Torrington Lady Trailblazers closed out their regular season with two conference losses, including a 1-0 defeat in extra time Saturday against Rawlins.
The Lady Blazers and Lady Outlaws played to a 0-0 stalemate after regulation. In extra time, Rawlins was able to knock through a goal to squeak out the win.
Earlier in the week, Lander, who won the Southeast Conference, handed the Lady Blazers a 3-0 loss on the road on Thursday.

Stats for both games were unavailable to the Telegram at press time.
The Lady Blazers finished the regular season 2-14. They suffered four losses against conference opponents, but two of those losses came in overtime. Because those two losses came in extra time, Torrington amassed two points in the conference.
Those two points were not enough to get Torrington to the first or second seed in the conference. Lander (7-5-1, 4-0) and Rawlins (4-10, 2-2) earned the top-two slots in the conference seeding.
As the third seed in the conference, the Lady Blazers take on Riverton, the second seed out of the southwest. The winner of the game set for 2 p.m. Saturday in Worland will head to the state tournament on May 19-20 in Sheridan.
