The Duane Ahrens’ family extends our genuine gratitude for the many condolences, calls, cards, personal visits, food, monetary donations and generous donations towards the Duane Ahrens Senior Center Memorial Fund. Thank you to Pastor Matt Gordon for your special delivery, as well as the Ladies Serving Committee for their kindness at the First Congregational Church. Thank you Travis Gentry (nephew) for the perfect beautiful eulogy. Thank you to the Colyer Funeral Home for their delicate and professional management of all arrangements, as well as their much-appreciated associate, Mary Pack, Guidance Counselor. We proudly acknowledge and thank the Wyoming National Honor Guard and the Travis Snow Post No. 5 Color Guard for their amazing presentation. We especially thank the Torrington Ambulance Medical Emergency Services as well as Dr. Flukiger and ER staff at Torrington Community Hospital. We express our deepest thank you to the special little angel, Miss Alice, for her final words of love and comfort during our departure on that beautiful sunny day.
We thank our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend for you kind, gentle and loving remembrances, imprinting enlightenment, happiness and soothing love in our hearts for all time.
You’re Home, Dear One.
Love and Peace,
Karl, Julie, John, Jacqueline, Kelli and Families
