TORRINGTON – Tammy Lynne Nickel, age 58, of Torrington passed away on Sept. 19 at Scottsbluff Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.bridgmanfuneralhome.com. 

She was born June 29, 1964 to the late Dennis and Javenne Nickel in Wheatland. She moved to Casper as a young girl. She graduated from Natrona County Highschool in 1982. She later moved to Torrington where her mother and younger brother lived. There, she tended bar for several years and then settled in at Mel’s Gift Store. She was a charter member of the Moose lodge and started the ‘Woman of the Moose.’ She was also a member of American Legion. She loved cats and always had several. She loved butterflies and unicorns and had the biggest collection you have ever seen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, infant sister Denise, nephew Tyler and aunt Debbie.

She was survived by her sister Sheila Hendrickson and brother-in-law Jimmy Hendrickson, brother Terry Nickel, nephews Cody Hendrickson and Dennis Axelson, nieces Dannielle Douglas, Jamie Victorino and Nikki Hendrickson and a little girl that was near and dear to her heart, Bella Martinez, also many aunts, uncles, cousins and very special friends.
