GOSHEN COUNTY – Want to get your sweetheart something special for Valentine’s Day? The Sugar Valley Singers might be able to help.
The popular men’s chorus is offering Singing Valentines on that special day once again this year. On Feb. 14, members of the group will pop in to offices, school rooms, restaurants, on street corners – anywhere they’ve been sent – to surprise that special someone.
The members of the local Barbershop Harmony Society have been bringing these musical wishes – along with a rose and chocolates – on Valentine’s Day for 30 years. Cost of the surprise visit this year is $35.
Significant others can call Wagner’s Floral, (307) 532-2813 or (307) 534-6852, to arrange for delivery of a Singing Valentine sometime between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Feb. 14. The performers request reservations be made by Feb. 12 to allow time to plan delivery routes around
Torrington.
