You are hereby notified that on the 5th day of December, 2016, JO ANNE ROGERS n/k/a JO ANNE SMITH, filed a Petition with the above named Court, through which she seeks to modify custody, visitation, and child support than that which is provided for in the Order Modifying Custody and Support entered December 19, 2013.
You are further notified that unless you answer Petitioner’s Petition on or before thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and default judgment will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in such Petition.
