DOUGLAS – Here is a quick rundown of all the action today from regional basketball and state wrestling.

Friday’s scores

Girls:

Southeast 45, Niobrara County 30

Lingle-Fort Laramie 58, Rock River 49

Rawlins 56, Torrington 52 OT

Boys:

Southeast 63, Moorcroft 28

Kaycee 60, Lingle-Fort Laramie 52

Rawlins 63, Torrington 58

Wrestling:

A total of 16 wrestlers from Torrington, Lingle-Fort Laramie and Southeast remain alive after the first day of the Wyoming State Wrestling Championships. Four of the 16 will wrestle for state titles tomorrow afternoon – Jacob Polkowske (THS), Brandon Bennick (THS), Tate Carson (Southeast) and Brock Blevins (Southeast). Action gets underway at 9 a.m. at the Casper Events Center.

Saturday’s schedule 

Girls:

Southeast vs. Pine Bluffs – 6:30 p.m. at Gillette College – 2A East Regional Championship

Arvada-Clearmont vs. Lingle-Fort Laramie – 1:30 p.m. – 1A East Regional Championship

Boys:

Southeast vs. Big Horn/Glenrock loser – 10:30 a.m. at Gillette College – Winner advances to state

Hulett vs. Lingle-Fort Laramie – 9 a.m. – Winner advances to state

Wrestling:

Consolation rounds – 9 a.m.

Third and Fifth-place matches – 1 p.m.

Championship matches – 3:45 p.m.
