TORRINGTON – Robert Davenport, 75, passed away following a short illness on Oct. 26, 2017. He was as born on July 15, 1942, to Jenny and John Davenport in Walshville, Ill. Robert was proceeded in death by his parents, Jenny and John, and his sisters, Betty and Doris. He is survived by his son, John Wade Davenport of Toledo, Ohio, his daughter, Lisa Knapp of Belle Plaine, Iowa, grandchildren Jennifer, David, Richard, James,and Nathan, and great-grandchildren Wyatt and Zarina.
Robert was in the process of moving to Torrington and his family will have a celebration of his life next year at his farm in Torrington.
