TORRINGTON – Richard W. Tebbet passed away at his home in Bell Park Towers in Torrington on Dec. 19, 2018. Cremation has taken place and memorial plans will take place at a later date.
Richard was born Jan. 3, 1947, in Torrington to Rex and Patsy (Rasmussen) Tebbet. Richard grew up in Torrington, graduated from Torrington High School and attended Goshen County Community College. Richard spent a large portion of his life in Ft. Laramie, where he participated in many community activities and was known by many of the residents. He moved back to Torrington in 2015.
Richard is survived by his siblings, Peggy (Tebbet) Fullmer of Austin, Texas., Tom (Pat)Tebbet of Herriman, Utah, and Kent Tebbet of Scottsbluff, Neb.
Richard was preceded in death by both of his parents.
Memorials to Richard’s memory may be made to Bell Park Towers in Torrington.
