TORRINGTON – Torrington High School senior Jade Reinhardt claimed 3A East All-Conference golf honors Thursday and Friday, placing in the top 10 at the conference meet held at Cottonwood Golf Course in Torrington.
She shot a 112 and 113 to finish eighth with a two-day total of 225.

TORRINGTON – Torrington High School senior Jade Reinhardt claimed 3A East All-Conference golf honors Thursday and Friday, placing in the top 10 at the conference meet held at Cottonwood Golf Course in Torrington.
She shot a 112 and 113 to finish eighth with a two-day total of 225.
Jenna Kaufman finished 14th with a 120 and 127 for a 247, while Sydney Eaton finished 19th with a 135 and 144 for a 279.
As a team, the Lady Blazers finished fourth with a 757. Buffalo finished on top of the 3A East Conference meet with a 594, while Douglas was second with 634. Riverton was third with a 712.
In the boys’ division, freshman Gage Gibson was 22nd with a 113 and 93 for a 206. Ryder Hackbarth was 28th with a 113 and 108 for a 221. Josh Stitt was 36th, with a 129 both days for a 258.
Buffalo wo the team title with a 648. Douglas was second with 719, while Rawlins was third with a 752. Torrington did not record a team score with only three golfers.
The golf team wraps up the 2019 season this weekend with a trip to the Class 3A State Tournament at the Star Valley View Golf Course in Afton. Tee times are scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
