NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Goshen Irrigation District has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the Goshen Irrigation District and L & M Irrigation Company, pursuant to the “35.4 Pipe Replacement” Project Manual and that L & M Irrigation Company is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 8th day of June, 2017, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, the Goshen Irrigation District will pay to L & M Irrigation Company the full amount due under said contract.
