PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Goshen County School District #1 (GCSD) will receive sealed bids for the sale of vacant land located at 445 1st Avenue in Lagrange, WY.  Also described as Block 13; Lots 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, and 12 of the Town of Lagrange, WY (0.96 acres).

To be considered, all bids must be submitted to the above address no later than 10:00am on October 2, 2023, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.  Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked as “Lagrange Land sealed bid.”  The bid shall contain the name, address, and phone number of the bidder.  Additionally, it is requested that the bid document include the bid amount and any requested contract terms to be considered.  Closing will be facilitated through the local title company, with the buyer and seller to be responsible for fees as reasonable and customary.  A closing date will be set as agreeable with both parties, no later than December 31, 2023.  
GCSD reserves the privilege to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interest of GCSD.  
No bid may be withdrawn after the bid opening date.
