NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF MINERAL INTERESTS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Michael A. Black, Robert W. Black, and Nancy S. Campbell filed an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution on August 30, 2023, asking that the following described mineral interests be set over to them from the Estate of Phyllis E. Black:

Township 21 North, Range 63 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Goshen County, State of Wyoming:
    Section 6: Lots 5, 6 and 7.

Township 21 North, Range 64 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Goshen County, State of Wyoming:
    Section 1: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, S½N½, and S½.

Any objection to the Application must be filed before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the date of first publication. Any untimely objection will be forever barred. If no timely objection is filed and if appears the facts as stated in the Application are not in dispute, the Court shall enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the aforementioned mineral interests of the decedent, Phyllis E. Black, unto Michael A. Black, Robert W. Black, and Nancy S. Campbell.
