PUBLIC NOTICE
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by ONEOK Elk Creek Pipeline, L.L.C. to construct the Fort Laramie II Pump Station with the following equipment, three (3) electric pumps, one (1) flare to control maintenance events, maintenance activities referred to as seal flush filter change and pump seal loses, other maintenance activities including ten (10) valve blowdowns per year, one (1) pump strainer blowdown per year, eight (8) pump blowdowns per year and associated fugitive components. The Fort Laramie II Pump Station is located in Lot 6 of Section 11, T25N, R64W, approximately eighteen (18) miles west-northwest of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031203 and permit number P0036867 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Goshen County Library, Torrington, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Goshen County Clerk’s Office, Torrington, Wyoming.
