NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE AT TAX SALE AND OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED

    Their heirs, successors and assigns, if any, and to all persons whom it may concern:

    YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE regarding the following describe real estate:  

The starting point of the tract to be described is 20 feet North of the Northeast corner of Tract 19 of the South Torrington Subdivision, Goshen County, Wyoming, running thence North parallel to and with the West line of said Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 61 West to a point 10 feet South of the North line of the SE1/4SW1/4 of said Section 15; thence East 91 feet parallel to and with the South line of said Section 15; thence South parallel to and with the West line of said Section 15; approximately 485 feet to a point 20 feet North of the North line of the Harry Spiliotis land; thence in a Northwesterly direction to the point of beginning.

The above described premises was taxed or specially assessed in the name of Kenneth L. McCoy and Cora E. McCoy, husband and wife, from October 31, 1962 and the same was sold for delinquent taxes by Leticia Dominguez, Goshen County Treasurer on July 18, 2018 for taxes due to Goshen County, Wyoming.  The County Treasurer thereafter issued Certificate of Purchase #15946 to Chad Dubry and Brandie Dubry.  The time for the redemption of said real estate expired on July 18, 2023.  Chad Dubry and Brandie Dubry, owners of the Certificate of Purchase of the real estate, will, on December 20, 2023 apply to the County Treasurer of Goshen County, for a Treasurer's Deed.

There are no known special assessments for local or public improvements which may affect the real estate described herein.
