Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board (GCC JPB) for the 2023-2024 fiscal year ending
June 30, 2024, which is now being considered by the Board, will be held at the Goshen Economic Development Office; 110 W 22nd Avenue; Torrington, WY 82240; on the 13th day

of July 2023, 10:00 a.m., at which time any and all persons may appear and be heard. Please call (307) 534-5185 to
