Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Corrections Department has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Modern Electric Co, for the work performed for the ADMIN PROGRAMMING & HOUSING - ELU INVERTERS; Bid# 22-0234, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Goshen County, Wyoming. The Department has accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on July 3, 2023. This is subject to receiving all required close documents (Warranty, O&M’s, and etc.) sent to John Cole at Wyoming Department of Corrections Department
