Your firm is invited to submit an official bid under seal to Owner for construction of new plumbing and electrical work located at the above address; before 3:00 pm local standard time on the 20th day of April, 2023, for:
Project: 2827.03 - EWC Tebbet Boiler Replacement
Project Description: Project is generally described as the replacements of existing 1968 boilers and pumps in the Tebbet Classroom Building. Boilers shall be Owner furnished, Contractor installed. Contractor shall provide balance of equipment including boiler pumps, system pumps, chem pot, and controls. Contractor shall also replace domestic water heater as indicated. Existing Federal Pacific panelboard shall be replaced to allow additional circuits needed for new boilers and pumps. Contractor shall be responsible to dispose of all removed equipment and materials. Project shall be complete and operational by the start of the Fall 2023 semester.
Documents may be obtained only by general contract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Owner.
Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders.
Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may not supplement this form.
Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
