NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

That Eugene Edward Smith, died on the 10th day of December, 2016, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
That Sharon Rexius, daughter, on the 17th day of February, 2023 filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-201 and 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge according to the filed Will, all personal property and real property of the following described property to-wit:
Personal Property
    •    Already distributed to beneficiaries according to will.
Real Estate
a.  The East ½ of a tract described as follows:
A Tract of land in the SW¼SE¼  of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming, described as Commencing at a point on the South line of the SW¼SE¼  of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., which is 1160 feet East of the Southwest corner of said SW¼SE¼; thence North on a line parallel with the West line of said SW¼SE¼ 260 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land herein conveyed; thence East 168.1 feet, to the East line of said SW¼SE¼; thence North along said East line 260 feet; thence West 168.1 feet; thence South 260 feet to the point of beginning.

That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 am, on the 31st day of March, 2023, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief:
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
