PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST ASSETS
AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that Robert G. Otero died on February 5, 2023.  Upon his death, he was the Initial Trustee of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust, which was dated March 6, 1991. Natividad (Nattie) Otero and Aurelius Otero were appointed as Successor Trustees.  Natividad (Nattie) Otero passed away on October 31, 2018 and Aurelius Otero passed away on November 7, 2004 in Goshen County, Wyoming.  As a result of their deaths, Raymond B. Otero accepted the role as Successor Trustee of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust, which was dated March 6, 1991.  Notice is further given that upon the expiration of one hundred twenty (120) days after the first date of publication of this notice, the herein-named Successor Trustee intends to have the property of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust.  Notice is further given that creditors having claims against the Trust, are required to file a claim in writing with the herein-named Successor Trustee of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust which was dated March 6, 1991 in care of Eric E. Jones, of  Eric E. Jones, P.C., P.O. Box 410, Torrington, Wyoming 82240, or shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust, which was dated March 6, 1991 or the distribution by the herein-named Successor Trustee on or before one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of first publication of this notice.  If such claims are not filed, or if such judicial proceedings are not commenced, within 120 days of the first publication of this notice, such creditors or persons will be forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust, which was dated March 6, 1991 or commencing any judicial proceeding against the Trust or, the Successor Trustee, or the assets of the Robert G. Otero Family Trust, which was dated March 6, 1991 pursuant to W.S. §4-10-507 and W.S. §4-10-604.
