Meeting to Discuss Snow Removal in the City of Torrington
The City of Torrington is hosting a “Snow Removal Meeting” on Monday January 30th at 4:00pm in the City of Torrington Council Chambers, located at 436 East 22nd Avenue in Torrington, Wyoming.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a time for commercial snow removal contractors to meet with Ed Hawley, and members of his team from the Streets Department, to discuss best practices for snow removal, city ordinances related to snow removal, and how commercial snow removal contractors and City of Torrington staff can coordinate their efforts in the best interests of our community. Snow removal, especially under the conditions that we have seen in recent storms, can be a challenging endeavor. By working together, we can make a big difference!
