NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE


TO ALL PERSONS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED on the 14th day of July 2022 Robert Lay, a resident of Goshen County, Wyoming died intestate in Weld County, Colorado leaving Michael Lay as legal heir-at-law of his estate.  
On October 24, 2022 Michael Lay filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Goshen County, State of Wyoming an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property in which he requested investiture of Decedent’s interest in the real and personal property described in the petition after payment of all valid creditor claims.
The petition has been set for hearing in the Eighth Judicial District Courtroom, Goshen Courthouse in Torrington, Wyoming at 8:30 a.m. on the 5th day of January 2023 where all interested persons may appear and present objections to the prayer of relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution setting over Decedent’s real and personal property to the heir-at-law to receive an interest therein and thereto.
