NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY
TO: AMANDA MEREDITH, last known heir, and any other unknown heirs of Brad Payn, deceased, and the ESTATE OF BRAD PAYN, Deceased.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that upon the death of the tenant, namely, Brad Payn, on or about July 29, 2022, certain personal property has been left, abandoned on the certain premises and real property recently vacated by Brad Payn, deceased, more particularly described as: 4336 Road 74, Trailer A, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240.
Now that certain personal property that has been left and abandoned is more particularly described as, but not limited to:
2 Flat Screen TVs, 2 Beds, Washer and Dryer, Ammo reloading equipment, Clothing, Several Firearms, Dishes, Work bench, Carpenter/mechanic tools, Dressers, Chairs Pots & pans, 3 Vehicles: Older Ford Ranger (non-running), Older Ford Explorer (non-running), Older Chevrolet conversion van (non-running)
According to W.S. § 1-21-1210, the owner of the rental unit is providing you written notice that the above described property shall be disposed of after seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice if you or your agent does not notify the owner in writing within the seven (7) day period of your plan to take possession of the property. Please send any written notice to the attorney for the owner at the address listed below.
If the owner does not receive written notice from you or your agent of your intent to take possession of the above-described property within seven (7) days after service of this notice, the property described above shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the owner may retain or dispose of the property.
If you do provide the owner notice in writing within the seven (7) day period, you have seven (7) more days to collect said property. If you fail to take possession of the property within the additional fifteen (15) day period, the property shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the owner may retain or dispose of the property.
