YOU will take notice that Theresa Hypes, Plaintiff in the above entitled action, have filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming, their Complaint in which Plaintiff’s purpose is requesting relief excluding you, wholly or partially, from your interest in personal property.
That the Plaintiff pray that the Court Enter a Declaratory Judgment and Order of Breach of Contract creating sole ownership in the vehicles in Plaintiff.
You are further notified that, unless you answer or otherwise plead to said Complaint within 30 days after the last date of publication which is or before the 22 day of July, 2022, the allegations of said Complaint will be taken as true and an Order will be rendered for Complaint in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
