That Nancy Jean Grace Brown, died on the 19th day of May, 2021, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
That Dorothy Brown, mother of the deceased, on the 26th day of October, 2021 filed in the District Court of the Either Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-201 and 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge decedents children; Heather Sisson, James Sisson, Cyrus Sisson and Hillary Jackson a one-fourth interest of the following to-wit:
Personal Property
a. Blue Federal Credit Union Checking Account ending in xxxx5152
b. 1992 Chevrolet Van, VIN 1GBEG25KXN7106207
That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 am, on the 1st day of December, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief:
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
