TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued in this Court by Darrell Steinhausen. The object and prayer of the Complaint is to quiet title against Tom Carbajal, Jenny Fonseca, Raymond Carbajal, Dale Carbajal, Diana Kafka, Dan Miranda and Jeffrey Miranda, if living, and if deceased, then their unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, personal representatives, successors and assigns and all unknown claimants, bond-holders lienholders or other persons claiming an interest in the subject of this action; and to exclude each of you from any right, title, claim or interest in the following described real property:
The East Half (E½) of the following described tract of land, to-wit:
A tract of land 216 feet by 50 feet, To arrive at the point of beginning of said tract, start at the Northeast corner of Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., and run thence South along the East line of said Section 16 a distance of 493 feet; run thence West parallel to and with the North line of said Section 16 a distance of 15 feet; this is the point of beginning; run thence West parallel to and with the North line of said Section 16 a distance of 216 feet; run thence South parallel to and with the East line of said Section 16 a distance of 50 feet; run thence East parallel to and with the North line of said Section 16 a distance of 216 feet; run thence North parallel to and with the East line of Section 16, a distance of 50 feet to the point of the beginning.
You are required to answer or plead to said Complaint on or before the 20th day of December, 2021, or judgment will be taken against you by default as prayed.
