NOTICE OF INTENT TO

ADMINISTER TRUST
You are hereby notified that on September 19, 2021, Barbara M. Sterkel, a resident of Goshen County, Wyoming, died in Aurora Colorado. On September 15, 1997, The Ted A. Sterkel And Barbara M. Sterkel Revocable Trust, dated September 15, 1997, (“the Trust”), was created; which became irrevocable at the death of Barbara M. Sterkel on September 19, 2021. Notice is hereby given that Diane M. Booth, the Trustee, intends to administer the Trust and to have the property distributed as provided under the terms of the Trust. A creditor or other person may file a claim against the assets of the Trust in writing, or commence a proper judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within 120 days immediately after the first date of publication of this notice on October 6, 2021, or, 120 days after known creditors have been mailed notice, by certified mail return receipt requested informing the creditor:  (A) Of the trust’s existence;  (B) Of the trustee’s name and address; (C) That the creditor shall make all claims in writing to the trustee within 120 days of the date of mailing of the notice; and (D) That the time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of a trust or of the proposed distribution of the trustee is 120 days from the date of mailing of the notice as provided by Wyo. Stat. 4-10-507.  A creditor or other person failing to file a timely claim, in writing, or to timely commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within the times provided herein is forever prohibited and barred from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or from commencing any judicial proceedings against the Settlors and Trustees, or against the assets of the Trust.  Claims against the assets of the Trust must be submitted in writing to the Trustee c/o John J.
