NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF WILLAMETTE JUNE CRAVEN, DECEASED:

On August 26, 2021, Glenda Ruth Brooks, Debra Kay Pontarolo, Valerie Dee Ludwig, and Janet Sue Craven, with Valerie Dee Ludwig acting as Personal Representative,  filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, an application for a decree establishing the right and title to the property of the estate of Willamette June Craven, deceased, to-wit:

REAL PROPERTY:
 
That part of the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 31, Township 25 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. Goshen County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the South One-Quarter Corner of Section 31, Township 25 North, Range 61 West, which South One-Quarter Corner is monumented with a 2” diameter brass cap marked P.E.L.S 677 set on a ½” by 30” galvanized iron pipe; Thence N00°21’36”E (withal bearings in the description being astronomically based on a solar observation made near the S1/4 of Section 31 and made relative thereto by plane surveying methods) along the North-South center line of Said Section 31, a distance of 441.10 feet to a 5/8” x 2” re-bar with plastic cap marked P.L.S. 3891 set 25 feet south of the Center line of the Torrington Ditch; Thence N00°21’36”E continuing along the North-South center line of said Section 31, a distance of 25 feet to the center line of the Torrington ditch; Thence N86°32’18”E along the centerline of the Torrington Ditch, a distance of 260.01 feet at a point of intersection of the Torrington Ditch center line; Thence N61° 07’ 08” E along the centerline of the Torrington Ditch a distance of 218.35 Feet to the point of curvature of a horizontal curve to the right; Thence along said horizontal curve to the right with a radius of 455.53 feet and through a central angle of 08° 21’ 01”,  ad distance of 66.39 feet to a point; Thence S00 21’ 36” W along a line which is parallel with the North-South Center line of said Section 31, a distance of 25.00 feet to a 5/8” x 2” re-bar with plastic cap marked P.L.S. 3891, set as a witness corner to the last referenced Torrington Ditch center line point; Thence S00° 21’36” along a line which is parallel
with the North-South center line of Section 31, a distance of 591.51 feet to a 5/8” x 2’re-bar with a plastic cap marked P.L.S. 3891 set on the South boundary of said Section 31, a distance of 310.05 feet to the point of beginning.

The above-described tract contains 6.00 acres, more or less.

which estate does not exceed $200,000.00 in value.

Said application is set for hearing on October 4, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, in Torrington, Wyoming, when and where any party shall come forward who has objections to the prayer of said application to vest and set over the right and title to the property pursuant to the intestate laws of the State of Wyoming.
