ATTENTION PATRONS OF
EASTERN WYOMING COLLEGE

In compliance with the Executive Order 11246; Title II of the Education Amendments of 1976; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, amended by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972; Title IX Regulations implementing Education Amendments of 1972; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and all other Federal, State, School rules, laws, regulations, and policies, Eastern Wyoming College shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, sex, religion, political belief, veteran status, age, or disability in admission or access to, or treatment, participation in or employment in its educational programs or activities.

It is the intent of Eastern Wyoming College to comply with both the letter and spirit of the law in making certain discrimination does not exist in its policies, regulations, and operations.  Grievance procedures for Title IX and Section 504, have been established for students, their parents and employees who feel discrimination has been shown by Eastern Wyoming College.

All students attending Eastern Wyoming College may participate in educational programs and activities including but not limited to health, physical education, music, and career and technical education (Aquaculture Technician, Beef Production, Business Administration, Business Records Certificate, Business Office Technology, Child Development, Computer Applications, Corrections Certificate, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Entrepreneurship, Farm and Ranch Management, Hair Technician, Machine Tooling, Nail Technician, Plate Welding, Skin Technician, Veterinary Technology, and Welding and Joining Technology, etc.), regardless of race, color, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, sex, religion, political belief, veteran status, age, or disability.
