NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
That Helen L. Warren, formerly known as Helen L. Greenly, died on the 10th day of June, 2021, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving LeAnna Johnson and Bradley Greenly, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That LeAnna Johnson and Bradley Greenly, the above named beneficiaries, on the 12th day of July, 2021, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed as follows:
Lot 1, Block 2, High School Addition, to the Town of Torrington, Goshen
County, Wyoming
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 oclock a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2021.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
