Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board (GCC JPB) for the 2021-2022 fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, which is now being considered by the Board, will be held at the Goshen Economic Development Office; 110 W 22nd Avenue; Torrington, WY 82240; on the 8th day
