NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENTS ESTATE

That Judith Ann Pardus, also known as Judith Pardus, died on the 24th day of March, 2021, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Paul Daniel Pardus, as her sole beneficiary to the property described herein.

That Daniel Paul Pardus and Paul Daniel Pardus, on the 6th day of May, 2021, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real and personal property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed to Paul Daniel Pardus:

One-third (1/3) interest in and to:  Lot 2, Block 7, 4th Addition, to the Town of Torrington,
Goshen County, Wyoming

100% ownership in an unnegotiable check from Progressive

That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 9:00 oclock a.m., on the 15th day of June, 2021.

IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
