NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the West Highway Water & Sewer District will hold an election on November 4, 2020 for three positions on the Board of Directors. On the ballot for (3) four year terms: Carl Rupp, Thomas Feeser, and Mary Viktorin. On the ballot for (1) two year term: Craig Eddington. Polls will be open from 1:00-6:00 pm at the offices of Weisshaar & Associates, LLC, 241 East 21st Avenue, Torrington, WY.
