Donald and Patricia Lampman who is named and mentioned in the notice are not residing within the County of Goshen, State of Wyoming, and that they could not by diligent inquiry be found therein at the time of publication of said notice; that no person is in actual possession or occupancy of said 111 North Miles Ave, Fort Laramie 02nd Addn Blk 08 Lot 01 (Goshen County parcel #26642321804900); that the land described in said notice is shown by abstract records to be owned by Donald and Patricia Lampman: and by reason of the facts aforesaid this affiant caused the publication of the notice hereto attached and made a part hereof.
