In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 16-6-116 Wyoming State Statutes, 1977 Republished Edition, Goshen County School District #1 hereby gives notice that Glass Masters, LLC whose address is 1671 Stillwater Ave; Cheyenne, WY 82009 as Contractor, has completed services for the Lingle Ft. Laramie High School Window replacement project in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
Acceptance having been made, final payment for work completed is now due to Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. Any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract should be made known to Marcy Cates, Business Manager, Goshen County School District #1, 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240, telephone (307) 532-2171 prior to the date of final payment.
Said final payment will be made on August 17, 2020 said date being the 41st date after the first publication of notice.
