TO: The General Public of Goshen County, Wyoming.
Notice is hereby given that on February 12, 2020 Petitioner, a resident of Goshen County,
Scott Edward Twomey filed a Petition for Name Change pursuant to W.S. §1-25-103 with the Clerk
of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming praying for
an order from the Court changing his name from Scott Edward Twomey to Scott Edward Lacey.
Any person having cause to object should appear at the Eighth Judicial District Court,
Goshen County, Wyoming on 15th day of April 2020 at 8:00 a.m. to show cause why the name
change requested should not be granted.
