Shelly Kirchhefer, Chairman of the Goshen County Local Emergency Planning Committee, announced today that the County Hazardous Materials Operational Procedures Plans with accompanying inventory (Tier II) forms and material safety data sheets are available for public review at the Goshen County Clerk’s office at the Goshen County Courthouse, 2125 East A Street in Torrington, Wyoming, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
This public availability notice is issued annually as required under Section 304(b) of the Federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA) regarding hazardous materials.
Anyone who wishes to review the data, but cannot do so in accordance with the announced schedule may call Shelly Kirchhefer, Goshen County Emergency Management Coordinator/LEPC Chairman at 307-532-7039 to make other arrangements.
