NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENTS ESTATE
That Gertrud Schwab died on the 27th day of November, 2019, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Delores Sinks and Jerry Fegler, also known as Jerry Feagler, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That Delores Sinks and Jerry Fegler, also known as Jerry Feagler, the above named beneficiaries, on the 7th day of January, 2020, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2017), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real and personal property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed to them as follows:
a. Lot 5, Block 3 in the Curtis First Addition, to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, according to the recorded Plat thereof, together with any and all improvements thereon.
b. Undeposited negotiable instruments consisting of two checks written by Vetras Torrington SNF, LLC
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 oclock a.m., on the 11th day of February, 2020. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real and personal property as set forth above.
