NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATIVE
TO ALL QUALIFIED INTERESTED PERSONS:
You are hereby notified that an action to appoint a wrongful death representative of the Estate of Cynthia J. Wilson (“Decedent”) has been instituted pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 1-38-103, and that on the 11th day of December, 2019, Beth Stees, n/k/a Beth Pafford, was appointed to serve as wrongful death representative of Decedent’s Estate to investigate and bring an action under Wyoming Statute § 1-38-101. Any person claiming to qualify under Wyoming Statute § 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right.
