Goshen County School District #1 (GCSD#1) in Torrington, WY is seeking a qualified contractor to complete the Design and Install Bi-directional Amplifier System Project at Southeast School in Yoder, WY. Proposals will be received at the GCSD#1 Central Business Office located at 626 West 25th Avenue in Torrington, WY 82240.

Goshen County School District #1 reserves the right to reject any or all RFP submittals, to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, agricultural products, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside the state.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
