YOU will take notice that David and Kimberly Homer, husband and wife, Petitioners in the above entitled action, have filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming, their Petition in which Petitioners’ sole purpose of adoption of the minor child.
That the Petitioners pray that the Court Enter a Decree of Adoption creating the status of parents and child between Petitioners and minor child, the same as if said child was the Petitioners’ own natural born child.
You are further notified that, unless you answer or otherwise plead to said Petition For Adoption within 30 days after the last date of publication which is or before the 7 day of February, 2019, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a Decree of Adoption will be rendered for Petitioner in accordance with the prayer of said Petition.
