PETITION FOR DE-ANNEXATION

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to W. S. § 15-1-421, a Petition for De-Annexation has been filed with the Clerk of the Town of Lingle.  The map published herewith sets forth the area to be De-annexed and the proposed new boundaries.  All comments and questions should be forwarded to the Lingle Town Clerk at 837-2422 or the Goshen County Clerk at 532-4051.  Full text of the Petition, together with the Legal description of the area to be De-annexed can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office or the Goshen County Clerk’s Office.
