YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Wyoming has instituted an action against the above-described property in the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, located in Torrington, Wyoming, wherein it seeks to forfeit Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in United States currency, which was seized on May 10, 2019, because the property was used in violation of the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that unless you file an answer or otherwise plead as provided for by the laws of the State of Wyoming within 30 days after the last day of publication of this notice, your default will be entered and a judgment and decree of forfeiture will be entered terminating any interest you may have in Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in United States currency and forfeiting the property to the State of Wyoming.
