Notice is hereby given for the application of Shannon & Brian Church as provided under Section, 18, Subdivision Regulations for the City of Torrington. Applicant is submitting an application for a; Setback Variance for the following;
North Setback from the required 5’ to 1’, Rear setback from the required 3’ to 1’ 6” and an allowed square footage increase for accessory structures from 700 sf to 832 sf.
