REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 2020-WWTP

Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington, Wyoming is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed professional engineering firms that are qualified to design, bid, and manage the construction of a pre-treatment facility to the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.

A complete Request For Qualifications statement may be obtained after the 24th day of July, 2019, at the Office of the City Engineer, City of Torrington, 436 East 22nd Avenue, P.O. Box 250, Torrington, Wyoming 82240.   Submittals will be accepted by the City until 4:00 p.m. on August 20, 2019.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
